Garry’s life revolved around drink and drug abuse, and he got caught up in the weapon culture of Glasgow. Tragically, this resulted in a man losing his life during a street fight, for which Garry was given a life sentence. During the first couple of months in prison he knew he needed forgiveness, gave his life to Jesus and became a Christian.
Garry spent 11 years in prison, and since release has been working with churches around the country. Garry is a fantastic singer and recording artist and has released one album called Stuck in the Lampshade of Life.
